Starting on Saturday, 2/24/24, customers were unable to download our data. Impacted customers were receiving a 403 Forbidden error. On Monday, 2/26/24, our Engineering team determined that Cloudflare had gone into overprotective mode and blocked access to those endpoints. They quickly remediated the issue by specifically permitting traffic to those download endpoints.
