We're currently experiencing an issue affecting some risk instance actions. At this time, the following functions are unavailable:

- Rescanning risk instances
- Accepting risk instances
- Changing risk instance severity

Our Engineering team is actively investigating the issue. We will provide updates as we learn more and will share once functionality is fully restored.
